- Renters must provide a major credit card or debit card, valid driver's license proving age of 18+, and current insurance card.
- Customers must ensure all proper hookups are in working order for trailer lights & brake controllers are working properly before arriving at the dealership. Repairs to the renters vehicle will incur standard shop rates at Bridge Mfg. & Equipment Co. Inc, $80/hr. + materials. If you are unsure, please visit the dealership before your scheduled pickup day & we will test your vehicle free of charge.
- A brake controller is required to rent any trailer that has two or more axles. ¾ ton pickup trucks are required for all trailers rated over 10,000lb GVWR.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer. Rental will be denied if the towing vehicle does not meet all safety requirements.
- Trailers are not allowed to leave the United States.
- Trailers leaving the state of Indiana we charges a $20.00 toll fee for license plate capturing toll booths.
- Rentals must be returned to Bridge Mfg. & Equipment Co. by the time stated on your invoice. Trailers arriving after this time will be considered late & subject to a late fee.
- Any damage incurred to the trailer will be paid for by the renter.
